Kwintijn phase 1 Amsterdam, FARO architecten

11-06-2015

There is much progress in the development of Kwintijn. On a beautiful spot, along the Bilderdijkkade, next to the old depot ‘De Hallen’, rises a new ensemble of buildings.

Van Wijnen projectdevelopment has commsioed FARO architects fort his project in two phases. The project consists of 300 residents, an ‘Oranjehuis’ and 200m² commercial space, realised in 7 buildings with a two level parkinggarage below grade. The parking can store 650 cars.

The first stage is sold out, the sale of the second stage is open since April 2015. The first completion will be in spring 2015, the last in fall 2017. Also private commissioning will be realised.

There will rise a tremendous, city scaled ensemble with the character of Amsterdam.
